Is yoga your flow?  Maybe you are striving for strength, or have a hankering for some HIIT.  There's something for everyone.

Strength and HIIT with One Element

Monday Strength/HIIT with One Element

7 PM – 7:45 PM

The Local 

Join local fitness community, One Element, for a Monday night that will get your adrenaline pumping! This indoor strength/HIIT session, led by One Element’s expert instructor Sara, is designed to give you a total body resistance workout using your body weight, which forms the foundation of all strength training. It’s a brilliant way to improve your posture, core strength and overall health and fitness – as well as learn and improve on technique.

You will need: Water and indoor fitness shoes (fitness mats provided).

Wednesday Kettlebell Club with One Element

6:45 AM – 7:30 AM

The Plaza outside Galleria House

Kick off your Wednesday right with an early morning strength-based Kettlebell session! In this class, led by One Element’s expert trainer Tom, you will explore technical kettlebell exercises and conventional resistance exercises in a high-intensity circuit, which aims to develop more muscular strength, power, and endurance and reduce body fat. No experience necessary! There will be a range of weights for you to use - or you can bring your own.

Friday Metcon Strength Session with One Element

12:30 – 1:15 PM

The Plaza outside Galleria House

Join One Element for an empowering Friday lunch workout to set you up for the weekend! This outdoor, periodised Metabolic Conditioning session is the original ‘tried and tested’ core of One Element, the local fitness community. The class will bring together workouts which include strength and cardiovascular exercises, all designed, structured and delivered by professional athletes and trainers. This allows you to increase your overall fitness and reduce body fat in a team environment regardless of your ability and experience. Everyone will be cheering you on and getting you across the line! All sessions are adaptable and can be shaped to suit you.

Wellness Wednesdays at Apo Kew

Meditation with Belinda Matwali of Spiritual Nutrition Meditation

Date: Wednesday 11th January

Time: 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Meditation master Belinda Matwali returns to Apo Kew Bridge for a practical educational workshop on self-calming techniques. Whether you are a beginner or seeking further tips to enhance your personal meditative practices, this session is open to all levels, with Belinda bringing her 10 years' of spiritual training in India.
