Designed around its members, The Local is a ‘members-only’ destination with a range of co-working spaces, lounges and amenities that complement your apartment. You’ll be able to access roof terraces, screening rooms, communal kitchens, big and small social spaces and studios for classes and events.
As well as hosting a rolling programme of events you can sign up to through the members app, your Local will be home to ever-changing work by artists and residents to give you a real flavour of the local community and area.
Members can use the amenities 24/7 and pre-book spaces for private events.

Need a home from home to get the work stuff done? Our co-working space has great wi-fi to keep you in touch and space for you to get the admin done. If you need some quiet space for a call, just drop in to our quiet office pod.
Book your place at classes or one of the events organised by our 7-days-a-week onsite host. Or hire some space and run your own. This is your space to curate how you want.
Open 24/7, our gyms boast a fantastic selection of top of the range cardio, strength and conditioning equipment, ensuring all your training needs are met.
The roof terrace is the place to kick back, relax and take in the views, or catch one of our exclusive member events. If you want to host your own event you can, its easily booked via our members app for you to enjoy gatherings with family and friends.
