These terms and conditions apply to the “6 Weeks Rent Free” promotional offer available at Apo at The Holloway.
1. Offer summary
Eligible applicants who enter into a qualifying tenancy agreement at Apo at The Holloway may receive a rent credit equivalent to six (6) weeks’ rent.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is available to new residents only entering into a new tenancy agreement at Apo at The Holloway.
The offer applies to selected one and two bedroom apartments only and is subject to availability.
3. Tenancy requirements
To qualify for the promotion:
The tenancy must have a minimum fixed term of six (6) months.
The tenancy agreement must commence on or before 30 April 2026.
All applicants must successfully complete Apo’s referencing and affordability checks and meet standard tenancy eligibility criteria.
4. Application of the incentive
The six weeks rent free incentive will be provided as a rent credit applied to the tenancy account.
The precise method of applying the incentive (for example as a deduction from the first rental payment or apportioned across the tenancy term) will be confirmed to the resident prior to signing the tenancy agreement.
The incentive has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for monetary payment.
5. Exclusions
The promotion:
Applies only to new tenancies and does not apply to tenancy renewals or existing Apo residents transferring between apartments, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cannot be combined with any other offer, incentive or promotion unless expressly stated by Apo.
Applies only to rent and does not apply to any additional services, utilities, parking, storage or other ancillary charges.
6. Early termination or breach
If the tenancy is terminated early, surrendered or breached by the resident before the minimum tenancy term is completed, Apo reserves the right to withdraw the incentive and recover the value of the rent free period.
7. Availability and changes
This offer is subject to apartment availability and may be withdrawn, amended or extended at any time without prior notice.
8. Marketing and advertising
All marketing materials referencing the promotion are provided for illustrative purposes only. The offer is governed solely by these Terms and Conditions and the resident’s tenancy agreement.
9. General
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Apo reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at its discretion where required.
Angel Gardens – Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to promotional offers available on selected apartments at Angel Gardens, Manchester.
1. Eligibility
The promotional offer is available to new residents only who reserve an apartment at Angel Gardens during the stated promotional period. The offer is not available to existing residents renewing or extending their tenancy.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion applies to reservations made during the promotional campaign period and where the resident moves into the apartment between March and April [YEAR], subject to apartment availability.
3. Selected Apartments
The promotional offer applies only to selected apartments and may not be available across all apartment types or floorplans. Availability is subject to change at any time.
4. Referencing and Tenancy Approval
All reservations are subject to satisfactory referencing, right-to-rent checks and standard tenancy approval procedures. Apo reserves the right to withdraw the offer where referencing requirements are not met.
5. Application of the Offer
The promotional offer will be applied in accordance with the specific incentive offered at the time of reservation and will be confirmed in writing prior to tenancy commencement.
6. Non-Transferable
The promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with any other promotion or incentive, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Apo.
7. Amendments or Withdrawal
Apo reserves the right to amend, substitute or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
8. Errors and Omissions
In the event of any discrepancy between marketing materials and these terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
9. General
