Apo at Kew Bridge: The Story of Our West London Community

Apo opened the first phase of 487 apartments at Kew Bridge, West London, in March 2022. Residents enjoyed remarkable views, exceptional amenities and one of the greenest locations in the city, all just 28 minutes from Waterloo.

Residents could choose from studio, one, two or three-bedroom apartments, supported by an onsite Host team seven days a week. All bills were combined into one monthly payment, removing the need to manage multiple suppliers, and residents also benefited from our carbon-neutral programme.

At Kew Bridge, residents had access to co-working spaces, a gym open seven days a week and a wellbeing studio. The development also featured three private roof gardens, welcoming resident lounges and a secure rooftop play space for children.

We invited residents to tell us what they wanted to see and what we could do differently, giving founding members an active role in shaping the Apo Kew Bridge community.

One of the development’s most memorable features was its view over Brentford FC’s stadium. The roof gardens offered residents an exclusive bird’s-eye view of Saturday matches.

A London view to remember

Sunsets and skylines? An Instagram dream.

Green spaces and parks? You could almost feel the fresh air from up there.

Looking directly into Brentford FC’s stadium? Residents didn’t need tickets for that kind of view.

Apo Kew Bridge wrapped around the stadium, allowing residents to watch a match from their living room, bedroom, balcony or the roof terrace. For those less interested in football, there were impressive views across London’s skyline, green parks and the river.

Pet-friendly living at Kew Bridge

Pet-friendly renters? Yes please.

The Apo crew welcomed pets of all shapes and sizes.

Dogs? Woofed them.

Cats? Purrfect.

A hedgehog? We didn’t get spiky about that either.

With plenty of green space for walkies, residents could also use the app to find fellow pawrents and furriends to explore the area with.

Freedom for renters at Kew Bridge

Our approach to renting put residents in control. They could choose the home and additional services that suited them, with their bills brought together into one monthly payment.

Faster Wi-Fi? They could bolt it on.

Need a handyman? Help was on the way.

Time for a cleaner? Consider it immaculate.
